STARTING AS A WORKING STUDENT.

A few days before I started as a working student, I went to an internal event and got to know my team. I immediately moderated a group project, even though I wasn't officially part of it yet. That was an exciting situation and threw me in at the deep end. I started as a Scrum Master in the Academy, was able to provide direct support with process documentation in a customer project and take on responsibility in internal area development. During my time as a working student, I worked 20 hours a week, which fitted in well with my Master's thesis. Today I work as a consultant on customer projects. Looking back, my time as a working student was very instructive and made it much easier for me to start my career.

STARTING AS A JUNIOR CONSULTANT.

When I started my career at Tagueri as a young professional, I was full of anticipation for the upcoming challenges in the customer projects. As a business psychologist, I initially had concerns about whether the technical project environment would suit me and whether I would be able to understand complex interrelationships. However, these concerns quickly proved to be unfounded. I quickly found my feet in my customer projects. My soft skills and experience from my studies and internships helped me to take on responsibility early on. After just six weeks, I was leading my first customer workshop, giving presentations to large audiences and driving internal projects forward. My advice to everyone starting at Tagueri is: communication is everything! Communicate your needs, but also your challenges. Experienced colleagues are always willing to listen and can provide valuable input. Also take advantage of the opportunities offered, be it through training courses or project participation.

STARTING AS A CONSULTANT.

With several years of professional experience, I entered the consulting field via the second educational path. After a while, I wanted to work directly for a company rather than primarily for clients. Then I got to know Tagueri. During the application process, I was convinced of the positive aspects and, based on mutual trust, I agreed to work for the consulting company again. I started as a project manager for a team of 13 people. And I was not disappointed. Every day I appreciate the feeling of teamwork both in the Tagueri team and in the customer project, which makes me feel like I belong. At the same time, I can drive forward internal issues that are important to us. For me, taking control of my own development coupled with a certain openness was the recipe for a successful arrival at Tagueri.

STARTING AS A SENIOR CONSULTANT.

I started at Tagueri as a Senior Consultant with expertise and passion for data science. However, my first two projects were in software development and functional safety - the latter was a new field for me at the time. I took on these tasks flexibly without losing sight of my goal of working in data science. This allowed me to learn a lot and gain experience. Today, I drive data science topics internally and externally and provide technical support to my colleagues in ongoing projects. I work both technically on implementation and at management level, for example by holding C-level workshops for customers. I also represent our topics to customers and attend sales meetings as a topic representative. If your favourite topic has a market, I can say: at Tagueri you have the opportunity and support to develop and expand your topic.
