    Foundation of Tagueri

    Tagueri is founded in Hamburg in 1994 and starts with a clear focus on IT and development services. Our initial projects concentrate primarily on technological challenges and their implementation, but we recognise the growing importance of strategic consulting early on in order to provide companies with holistic support. Over the years, we have continuously expanded our range of services and developed into a versatile consultancy firm that combines strategic foresight with sound technological expertise.

    Change of name and expansion of focus

    As part of the change of name to Tagueri AG, the company focuses on project, process and technology consulting and their successful implementation. With this strategic focus, the portfolio is expanded to support companies not only in analysing but also in implementing innovative solutions. By developing customised concepts and actively supporting their implementation, Tagueri AG is establishing itself as a reliable partner for sustainable transformation and efficient process optimisation - always with an eye on the growing requirements of dynamic markets.

  • 2008 - 2010

    Entry into the automotive sector

    Between 2008 and 2010, the consultancy experiences impressive growth. The number of our employees rises to 20, and Tagueri's growth continues to this day, reflecting not only the increasing demand for our consulting services, but also our commitment to developing a strong team of experts. During this period, Tagueri also expands its field of activity to include the automotive sector in addition to aerospace and aviation.

    Tagueri continues to grow rapidly

    Within just one year, our consulting company records further rapid growth. The number of employees grows to 50 - a milestone. We owe this rapid growth to a clear vision, innovative consulting approaches and the ability to attract and retain talent in the long term. With an expanded team of highly qualified experts, we are not only able to increase our capacities, but also expand our client base and strengthen our position as a forward-looking consulting partner in the long term.

    Move to the Atlantikhaus

    With the move to the prestigious Atlantikhaus at Hamburg harbour, we combine a central, iconic location with an inspiring environment. Our location symbolises our combination of tradition and innovation. With a view of the Elbe and the vibrant harbour landscape, we are creating optimal conditions for creative strategies and collaborative work. Together with the Empire Riverside and the DWI Tower, the Atlantikhaus forms the new skyline behind the St Pauli Landungsbrücken. The modern location emphasises our position as a dynamic consulting partner with regional roots and a global perspective.

    Opening of locations in Munich and Cologne

    With the opening of new offices in Munich and Cologne in 2014, the consulting firm is pursuing a clear growth course and strengthening its regional presence. The expansion reflects the aim of being closer to clients and offering excellent consulting services in key economic centres in Germany. While the Munich location opens up access to leading technology and industrial companies, the location in Cologne emphasises the connection to central sectors in western Germany. With its presence in both cities, Tagueri is expanding its network, promoting regional cooperation and strengthening its role as a Germany-wide partner for sustainable transformation.

    Tagueri grows to 100 employees

    In 2015, Tagueri reaches a significant milestone in its corporate development: the consulting company grows to 100 employees. This reflects the continuously increasing demand for Tagueri's innovative consulting services. This milestone illustrates the successful implementation of the corporate strategy, which focuses on quality, customer proximity and the development of future-proof solutions. At the same time, this growth symbolises Tagueri's attractiveness as an employer that unites and promotes talent from various disciplines.

    Tagueri in Ingolstadt

    In 2016, Tagueri opens another location in Ingolstadt, continuing its growth trajectory. With the strategic choice of this location, the consulting company is strengthening its regional presence in southern Germany and moving closer to important key sectors such as the automotive and technology industries. The branch in Ingolstadt enables Tagueri to provide customers with even more targeted local support and to work together on forward-looking projects. At the same time, this step emphasises Tagueri's ambition to always be close to the needs of its customers and to attract local talent for the development of innovative, practical solutions.

    Strengthening our presence in the south-west

    Tagueri continues to expand in 2017 and opens sites in Stuttgart and Friedrichshafen. With these strategic steps, the company is strengthening its presence in south-west Germany, a region known for its innovative strength and strong industries, particularly in the automotive and aerospace sectors. The new branches will enable Tagueri to work even more closely with regional partners and offer customised consulting and implementation projects directly on site.

    In 2018, the number of employees rises to 200 - a doubling in just three years.     In 2020, Tagueri will become part of the international Scalian Group, thereby strengthening its global position. Together with the Scalian Group, Tagueri creates synergies that enable it to respond even faster and more effectively to global market requirements.

    In the same year, Tagueri opens a new location in the capital city of Berlin, further signalling its growth and regional presence. The location in Germany's most dynamic metropolis emphasises our commitment to technological transformation and future-oriented strategies.

    Tagueri grows: expansion and partnerships

    In 2021, Tagueri is expanding strategically, in terms of personnel and globally. With the opening of a new location in Würzburg, the company is continuing to strengthen its local expertise. The company is also growing to 400 employees. In addition to personnel and local growth, in 2021 Tagueri succeeds in strategically expanding its portfolio by merging with the renowned ByteConsult Gesellschaft für Marketing- Strategie- und IT-Consulting mbH. ByteConsult has in-depth experience in marketing, strategy and IT consulting. At the same time, Scalian is opening a delivery centre in Casablanca to provide efficient support for global projects. These moves not only demonstrate Tagueri's commitment to innovation and world-class consulting services. They also reflect the offshore competences of the global group.

    Tagueri focuses on diversity and sustainability

    The year 2022 marks another chapter of development for Tagueri. The company strengthens its position as a leading player in the consulting market. The number of employees increases to an impressive 600. con|energy consult GmbH, a successful energy consulting company, becomes part of Tagueri, significantly expanding its expertise in the field of sustainable energy strategies. Tagueri also opens new offices in Essen and Osnabrück to expand its regional presence. As a signatory to the Diversity Charter since 2022, Tagueri has underlined its commitment to an open, inclusive corporate culture that recognises and promotes diversity as a success factor..

    Tagueri sets the course for growth

    The integration of the Scalian Group into the renowned Wendel Group, a French investment company, opens up new global and strategic perspectives for Tagueri. In the same year, the company grows to 700 employees, underlining its successful development and the increasing demand for visionary yet realisable consulting services. Scalian also strengthens its technological expertise with the opening of a delivery centre in Bangalore, India. These strategic steps consolidate Tagueri's position as an innovative and globally networked partner for forward-looking companies.

    In addition to these employer awards, we will also carry the Pride Index in silver from November 2023 to November 2024.
